Digital Storytelling
Sparkasse is Germany’s network of local savings banks. Together with its public insurance partners, it helps people protect what matters, from their homes and belongings to their income and financial future, with advice rooted in their lives and local communities.
But how can insurance become relevant to a generation whose future still feels far away? At SCOPE24, the "Verband öffentlicher Versicherer" wanted to help Sparkasse advisers connect with younger generations through a better understanding of their everyday lives.

How can we help Sparkasse advisers understand younger generations’ lifestyles, needs and digital habits, giving them new ways to start conversations and make insurance relevant to the lives of Gen Z and Gen Y?
I translated the strategic brief into a visual and interactive exhibition concept, connecting digital storytelling, motion content and spatial design into a cohesive brand experience.
“FUTURE? SAFE.” brought insurance into familiar digital territory. A story inspired by everyday Google searches followed Anna and Philipp through situations where protection and financial planning become relevant.
A large LED wall brought their journeys into the exhibition space, while four touchscreens invited visitors to explore the topics in greater depth.
An interactive Aging Editor added a personal dimension. Inspired by social media filters, it let visitors see themselves younger or older, creating a playful starting point for conversations about their own future.

The experience gave advisers a tangible way to explore younger customers’ needs. Visitors also shared their Aging Editor portraits on social media, extending the experience beyond the stand.
